Cadeon: B2B Demand Generation Across SEO, LinkedIn and Outbound

Our work for Cadeon
Cadeon is a Calgary data analytics consultancy with long-standing Spotfire expertise. We began working together in April 2024. Two and a half years later, the engagement covers SEO content, LinkedIn ads, the website, video and social media. Outbound email joined the programme in October 2026. One team now handles prospecting alongside Cadeon’s search, content and website work.

An Ongoing Relationship Since April 2024
We have worked with Cadeon every month since April 2024. By July 2026, the account included 175 tracked pieces of work across seven disciplines. The relationship and the range of work have continued growing since.
SEO Content on a Two-Month Schedule
We plan SEO in two-month cycles, with batches of articles and a round of optimisation for existing pages. That gives Cadeon a regular publishing schedule and time to review the content already on the site.
Outbound Added in October 2026
The outbound launch comprised five campaigns for about 5,000 contacts across manufacturing, oil and gas, utilities, mining and AI. Sending uses 30 warmed inboxes on separate domains, keeping cold-email activity off Cadeon’s primary domain.
B2B Marketing for Cadeon’s Data Analytics Services
Cadeon provides Spotfire consulting, training, managed analytics and AI services. Its buyers include engineers, analysts and the leaders funding their work, often in energy and industry. They may spend a long time researching before choosing a provider. Marketing needs to demonstrate Cadeon’s expertise consistently, whether the first contact is an article, an ad or a visit to the website.

Staying Consistent Through a Long Buying Process
A buyer might read a Cadeon article in spring, see an ad in summer and enquire in the fall. We manage search, paid advertising, the website, video and social media around one plan so those encounters remain connected. A check-in every two weeks keeps priorities and current work visible to Cadeon’s team.
A Regular Schedule for Search Content
Every two months, we plan, write and publish articles addressing the questions Cadeon’s buyers search. We also optimise existing pages, review internal linking and carry out link building. Over more than two years, that routine has added to Cadeon’s library of technical content while leaving room to improve what is already there.
LinkedIn Campaigns Around Technical Decisions
The LinkedIn campaigns focus on situations a Spotfire team might be weighing: an upgrade, a licensing review, staff training or managed analytics. Each ad offers a useful next step, such as a checklist, playbook or assessment. That gives a senior technical buyer something specific to review before deciding whether to start a conversation.
A Website Supported by Current Work
We designed Cadeon’s website to explain its services and show evidence of its expertise. The supporting work includes AI webinar banners, video edits and social posts. In October 2026, after a customer praised Cadeon’s work on a complex Spotfire upgrade, we used that feedback in posts and website updates the same month.
Adding Outbound Email
For the outbound launch, we set up 30 warmed inboxes on look-alike domains and built five industry campaigns. Replies go to a dashboard for Cadeon’s account executive. Cold emails are sent from those separate domains rather than Cadeon’s primary one, keeping that sending activity distinct from its ordinary business email.
The Work We Handle
- SEO through two-month content batches, page optimisation, internal linking and link building.
- LinkedIn ads for upgrades, licensing, training and managed analytics.
- Website work, including design, maintenance, partner pages and AI content.
- Outbound with warmed inboxes, industry campaigns and reply handling.
- Video and social, including edits, webinar artwork and posts.
Continuity Across the Channels
The team working on Cadeon’s campaigns already knows its services and audience. That continuity helps keep each channel relevant through a longer B2B buying process. Read about our SEO, paid ads and cold outbound, our work with professional services firms, or more of our work.
Project FAQs
What does Setsail do for Cadeon?
The engagement began in April 2024 and has grown to include SEO content, LinkedIn advertising, the website, video and social media. Outbound email was added in October 2026. One team manages the programme and reviews priorities with Cadeon every two weeks.
How do you run SEO content for a B2B consultancy?
For Cadeon, we work in repeating two-month cycles. Each includes articles based on buyer searches and optimisation of existing pages. Internal linking reviews and link building support that work, giving the consultancy a regular schedule for both new content and improvements.
Why LinkedIn ads for B2B technology?
LinkedIn allows campaigns to reach people by role and industry. Cadeon’s ads speak to specific technical decisions, then offer material such as an upgrade checklist or training blueprint. That approach gives a senior buyer useful information rather than asking for a sales conversation immediately.
How do you protect a client’s domain in cold outbound?
For Cadeon, cold email is sent from 30 warmed inboxes on look-alike domains. The primary company domain does not send those emails. That keeps outbound sending separate from Cadeon’s day-to-day business email.
Can one agency handle SEO, ads, web, video and outbound together?
Yes. Cadeon’s programme brings those channels together under one team. The benefit is practical: the people planning an article, ad, website update or outbound campaign already understand the company’s services and can keep the messages connected.
