Steepe & Co is a reputable financial institution that delivers US high yield private credit funds to Canadian advisors. Known for stability and consistency, they offer opportunities for high-yield distributions with minimal volatility.
Steepe & Co needed to articulate their value proposition more effectively, reaching a wider audience of Canadian advisors. This involved clarifying complex financial concepts and presenting them in an engaging, comprehensible manner to underline the stability and low volatility of their offerings.
Setsail built a beautiful website that creates a positive first impression, builds credibility with potential investors, attracts and retains investors, provides a better user experience, and gives the fund a competitive advantage in the market. A well-designed website can communicate that the fund is trustworthy and well-established, while also highlighting its investment strategy, performance, and track record. A well thought out, user-friendly interface improves engagement and increases the likelihood of conversion, while also differentiating the fund from competitors and positioning it as a leader in the industry.
To streamline the onboarding process for new clients, Setsail simplified a complex subscriber agreement into a multi-step form with DocuSign capabilities. This allows new clients to review and sign the required paperwork online before making a purchase, eliminating the need for physical signatures and reducing administrative burdens. In addition, Setsail developed a password-locked data room to share key financial information with both clients and leads. This secure platform ensures that sensitive information is only accessible to authorized individuals, providing an extra layer of protection for the fund and its investors.
In addition, Setsail built out consistent collateral that could be used online, on social media, and in person at conferences, such as brochures, banners, flyers, and business cards. We also created templates for corporate slide decks, ensuring that Steepe & Co's presentations had a cohesive look and feel.
